Using BUZA

BUZA is a community platform where people ask questions, share knowledge, learn, join Rooms, offer services and use digital tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Community Guidelines. BUZA is operated in South Africa by its founder, Samkelo KG Ndlovu.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure, and for anything done through your account.
  • Be honest about who you are. Don't impersonate other people, officials or experts.
  • One person, one account — don't create accounts to evade restrictions.
  • You can stop using BUZA at any time and request account closure through our privacy process (see the Privacy Policy).

Your content

You keep the rights to what you create on BUZA — your questions, replies, articles, rooms, files and listings are yours. By posting them you give BUZA only the permission it needs to run the platform: to store, display, and make your content available to the audience it was posted for (the public, signed-in members or Room members, depending on where you post), and to translate, moderate and back it up as described in our Privacy Policy. When you close your account, this permission ends for content that is removed with it.

We don't claim ownership of what you upload, and we don't use your content to advertise. If you remove content, BUZA stops actively displaying it — though copies may persist briefly in backups and in quotes or notifications others already received.

What you may not do

  • Break the law, or use BUZA to plan or carry out illegal activity.
  • Harass, threaten, bully or intimidate anyone.
  • Post hate speech or abusive conduct directed at people or groups.
  • Run scams or fraud, including fake services, phishing or deceptive offers.
  • Spam — unwanted promotions, repeated posting, link dumping.
  • Impersonate people, officials, or experts you are not.
  • Upload malicious software or deliberately try to compromise the platform, other members or their devices.
  • Deliberately spread misinformation intended to cause harm — especially about health, safety, money or legal matters.
  • Infringe other people's copyright (see our Copyright Policy).
  • Abuse the reporting system — mass or false reports to silence people.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls — e.g. getting into private Rooms or other people's data through URL tricks, or sharing invite codes for Rooms you weren't invited to.
  • Share other people's private information without their permission.

Moderation and enforcement

BUZA has moderators and administrators, supported by configurable safety rules. Where a rule is broken, BUZA may: remove or hide content, restrict or disable tools and listings, mute or remove someone from a Room, suspend a Room, restrict an account, or remove an account for serious or repeated violations. Serious reports may be reviewed as formal moderation cases. Where it's fair, we explain decisions to the person affected and they can appeal to samkelondlovu366@gmail.com.

Information, and what it isn't

BUZA is a platform for community knowledge and assistance. Answers on BUZA come from other members — they are not automatically professional, legal, financial, medical, educational or government advice, and BUZA does not verify every answer. A "Confirmed" signal means members found an answer useful and reliable, not that BUZA endorses it. Always verify important information with the appropriate official or qualified source — especially for health, legal, financial and government matters.

BUZA is provided as-is and as-available. We work hard to keep it running, but we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that every piece of community content will be accurate.

Rooms, membership and payments

Room owners are responsible for what happens in their Rooms and must follow the same rules. Rooms have their own join settings, moderation tools and house rules. Plan features and prices are described on our Pricing page. Paying for membership does not change your obligations under these terms.

BUZA Member is a one-off payment. It costs R15, lasts 30 days, and is handled by Stripe. There is no recurring charge and no automatic renewal — BUZA will never deduct money from you on a schedule. You pay once, your membership runs for 30 days, and when it ends you simply stay on the free plan unless you choose to pay again. Paying again at any time adds another 30 days.

Because membership is a one-off payment, there is no subscription to cancel and no billing portal. If you decide not to continue, do nothing — your membership expires on its own and you keep full free access. Refunds are considered case by case where something went wrong with a payment; contact samkelondlovu366@gmail.com. Nothing here removes your consumer rights under South African law.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as BUZA grows; significant changes will be announced in the app. If you keep using BUZA after a change, the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Questions about them: samkelondlovu366@gmail.com.
